Learn how to stay grounded, respond with confidence, and repair when parenting gets messy 〰️

Because the hardest part of parenting… is what it awakens in us.

You love your children deeply—yet there are days when parenting feels heavier than you expected. You’ve read the books. You’ve tried to stay calm. You’ve put in the effort, again and again. And yet… you still get triggered and react in ways you wish you didn’t. And then you keep beating yourself up for not showing up better.

  • You snap when you’re overwhelmed — even though you promised yourself you wouldn’t.

  • You spiral into guilt after the messy parenting moments.

  • And then comes the self-criticism… the voice that tells you you’re a bad parent for losing it — keeping you stuck in a cycle of stress, guilt, and overwhelm.

This course will provide you with tools to notice your triggers, ground yourself when things get tough, and recover after messy moments. If you’ve ever felt frustrated, guilty, or worn out by parenting, you’re not alone—and this is your chance to parent with more joy and confidence while gently reparenting yourself.

With simple tools to regulate your nervous system, you can navigate tough parenting moments while creating the conditions for both you and your child to gradually learn how to feel and manage big emotions.

Instead of getting stuck in guilt or self-blame, you’ll learn to move through challenging moments with greater ease, care, and understanding.

There’s so much guidance on how to respond to our children… but very little on how to support yourself as a parent, or stay grounded when the hard moments hit.

Remember, you are doing an incredible job. You’re a human being — likely trying to raise your children differently from how you were parented, doing your best with the resources you have in any given moment!

This isn’t about perfection — it’s about having the support and tools to respond rather than react, holding more empathy for yourself and your child when the hard moments come, and allowing space to repair along the way.

As a mum of three, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and react in ways I later regret. I know that feeling of wanting to respond differently, but not being able to in the moment — and the guilt that can follow 💔.

But I also know how powerful it is to have tools that help you pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself and your children in those moments.

The change I want for you isn’t perfection — it’s the confidence that you have the tools to respond instead of react, and to pick yourself up when things get messy. As you give yourself and your child the time to learn and grow, you begin to pass on healing, creating moments where both of you learn to feel safe with big emotions — without the pressure to always get it right ❤️.

When you join, you’ll get access to 6 written modules, including 5 guided meditations, and printable PDF s.

I am Anna, founder of Reparent Yourself. I am a registered counselling psychologist and a mum of three. For the last seven years, I have been navigating the beautiful, messy, and often overwhelming world of parenting—just like many of you. I love my children fiercely, but too often I found myself shouting or losing my temper, only to be swallowed by guilt, shame, and self-blame. No matter how many parenting books I read or techniques I tried, I kept finding myself triggered—parenting seemed to bring out the worst in me. I felt stuck, and it began to affect my self-esteem, making everyday life more stressful and less joyful.

Gradually, I started to discover that the key to unlocking more peaceful, intentional, and joyful parenting was to do with my own growth and healing. The journey of reparenting myself transformed our family dynamic. I began responding with intention more often, rather than reacting—and discovered how to let go of perfection and repair more quickly, both with myself and my kids. By no means have I mastered it, and the process has been far from linear — but I’ve stayed grounded more often, and I’m finding more joy in parenting than I ever have before.

Now, I want to share with you what I’ve learned on this journey. I wholeheartedly believe that every parent deserves to experience the deep joy and connection that parenting can offer. I’m here to guide you—not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who’s been there and gets it. 💛

“It’s really amazing! So detailed, and lots of practical tips for parents. I think a lot of us carry the trauma from childhood into our own parenting style. It’s breaking that cycle that feels almost impossible. But your course shows the way, I think all parents should read this. We all need to learn how to regulate our emotions.”
